We own and manage all of our properties so you will not be charged any agency fees for renting with us. this also means we care more.

Any rental rate quoted is inclusive of all bills and taxes. this means no admin and no fluctuation in your monthly costs.

We have just one english lease agreement for you to read and sign.  

Reasonable deposits

our deposit will never be more than one month's rent.
